President Obama is in town Wednesday and Thursday to conclude his three-day West Coast fundraising swing that started in Seattle, and you know what that means…bring your favorite audio books for your drive. Los Angeles: In an effort to assist the public in avoiding possible traffic congestion during the visit of the President of the United States, from Wednesday July 23 through Thursday July 24 the following areas of the city should be avoided when possible to prevent travel delays for community members:
