Representatives of Caruso Affiliated presented developer Rick Caruso’s plans for his Palisades Village project at the Pacific Palisades Chamber of Commerce networking breakfast on Thursday, Nov. 5.
A group of about 40 Chamber members—including several local retail business owners, independent contractors, property owners, realtors and entrepreneurs—attended the breakfast held at Gladstones.
After a few rounds of “table networking,” during which members rotated to different tables to meet new people, Palisades Village project manager Michael Gazzano and Senior VP Community Relations Rick Lemmo gave an overview of the project and answered questions.
Most of the queries mirrored those asked at a meeting with the Village Project Land Use Committee, a sub-committee of the Pacific Palisades Community Council, where Caruso himself provided the latest details to a crowd of more than 400 residents.
In an effort to keep the community informed, Caruso Affiliated is also hosting a booth at the Palisades Farmer’s Market every Sunday.
Residents are encouraged to visit the booth with questions, suggestions and concerns.
Gazzano and Lemmo are also making themselves available for in-person presentations to community organizations, businesses and groups of residents who would like more in-depth information about the project.
