On Sunday, Oct. 29, local children’s author Denise Doyen invited Palisadian boys and girls to join her in her El Medio Bluffs sound garden for a special reading of her recently published book “The Pomegranate Witch.”
Doyen delighted her storytime listeners with the book’s colorful alliterations and beautiful ink and watercolor illustrations before treating them all to Halloween-themed cookies.
