Married actors Leighton Meester and Adam Brody are ringing in the New Year with a brand-new home in Pacific Palisades.
The $6.5 million residence features nearly 6,000 square feet of living space, with five bedrooms and six bathrooms over three floors. With stunning views of the Palisades and Pacific Ocean, the family-home (dubbed “beach chic farmhouse”) has a lot to offer.
The house is thoroughly complemented by full height glass doors, ample window openings and an airy coastal-inspired palette. The top floor welcomes guests with three bedrooms.
The master suite is also located upstairs with a boutique-style walk-in closet, a spa-like shower and a seperate deep-soaking bath.
Meanwhile the lower living spaces offer terraces with city and ocean views and spaces for gatherings and hang outs. The bottom level, accessorized with a wet bar, leads to a stone-tiled terrace, a grassy yard, a spa and a long, thin swimming pool.
Meester and Brody were represented by Michael Morabito at Compass and the listing was held by Santiago Arana of The Agency. They reportedly still co-own their $2.4 million property located between Malibu and Woodland Hills.
Earlier this year, the couple sold the Hollywood Hills condo that Brody purchased in 2002 for $800,000.
The two married in 2014 and have one kid. Brody is known for his role as Seth Cohen on “The O.C.”
Meester, an actress, singer, songwriter and model, is best known for her starring role as Blair Waldorf on The CW series “Gossip Girl,” which debuted in 2007 and ran for five years. She currently plays Angie D’Amato on “Single Parents” alongside fellow Palisadian Taran Killam in the role of Will Cooper.
