Adam Sandler recently acquired a $4.1 million ranch-style house in Pacific Palisades, according to Dirt, marking another home to add to his real estate portfolio.
Dirt reported that Sandler previously purchased properties in Florida, Massachusetts and Southern California—including three luxury condos located near West Hollywood, in Brentwood and Calabasas. Sandler’s mainstay remains another Palisades estate, previously owned by Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell. He has lived in the Palisades since 2004.
His latest acquisition is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom property that was built in 1947, and recently remodeled with an updated kitchen and baths. The “charming” Alphabet Streets home is situated on a corner lot, located near all of the town’s offerings, including Palisades Village.
The home has accents of blue between its shutters and front door.
Inside, the home boasts a spacious living room and fireplace, and a formal dining area complete with a chandelier. The remodeled kitchen is set in white with gold hardware and stainless steel appliances.
The primary bedroom sports an ensuite, equipped with dual vanities, a tub and separate shower.
Outside, a lush backyard offers space to relax—under its large fruit tree or covered patio, complete with a brick fireplace.
What truly stands out are the windows throughout the home, which bring in ample natural light.
Although it is unknown what Sandler’s plans for the home are, the listing included plans for a 7,600-square-foot traditional two-story home with a basement.
“Move right in, or reimagine and develop your dream home,” the listing stated.
Katy Lundrum and Wheeler Coberly with Compass held the listing, while Tomer Fridman and Jonathan Siegfried of Compass represented the buyer.
