Anne Lewis was a resident of Pacific Palisades for over 65 years. She was born in Columbus, Ohio, on January 25, 1919.
She was an accomplished actress who had the starring role in “Driving Miss Daisy” at Theatre Palisades. She had performed in numerous theatre productions and had her own television show in Atlanta, Georgia.
She passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 8 at 104. Anne and her beloved husband Herb shared a joyful life together for 74 years.
Anne was a member of Theatre Palisades, Hadassah, Orr University, B’nai B’rith and Council of Jewish Women.
She is survived by her son Mark, grandson Brian, his wife Tara, great-grandsons Trevor, Trexton and granddaughter Tahari. She will be missed by all who loved her.
