PARKER BARNES
A sophomore quarterback and captain on the Brentwood JV football team, Parker threw for three touchdowns, ran for a touchdown and a two-point conversion and intercepted two passes at safety in the Eagles’ 42-2 rout of rival Harvard-Westlake. Then, in the varsity homecoming game three days later against McAuliffe, he tossed a 48-yard scoring pass. Parker, who captained the flag team at Calvary Christian School, lives in the Highlands with his parents Annie and Kevin and his brother Preston, a freshman at Loyola.
