Online registration for all returning American Youth Soccer Organization players in Region 69 (Brentwood, Palisades, Topanga) is available beginning today and must be completed at www.ayso69.org. by April 15 to avoid the wait list.
Returning players will bring a copy of their player form and a kid zone pledge to the first practice with the coach in late August.
Region 69 was recently recognized as a Platinum Region for its outstanding program. All children with birth dates from August 1, 1996 to July 31, 2011 are eligible. There is also a VIP program for children with special needs.
On-site New Player Registration (priority) will be held Saturday, April 25, from 3 to 5 p.m. at Paul Revere Middle School. New players must be pre-registered online prior to the on-site activity. Information and forms can be found on the website.
A parent must submit one copy of the Player Registration Form and Parent Volunteer Form to the field along with a copy of the birth certificate or other proof of age, and the fee of $285 per child (credit card use online, check, or cash in person).
Players who will be 6 or older by July 31 must also attend for evaluation purposes. Players younger than this do not need to attend, but a parent must attend to submit the paperwork. There are no exceptions.
“Space available” makeups will be held May 17 and June 7 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Paul Revere.
