Palisadian home developer Reza Akef will continue on his path to build three, superhero-inspired homes after the West LA Area Planning Commission denied a neighbor’s appeal in a 3-0 vote on Wednesday, July 19.
The developer was a granted a Coastal Development Permit for building on parcels 15210-15222 Earlham St. back in May, but will still need to submit his plans for the three 10,000-square-foot homes to LA Building and Safety.
Once approved, Akef told the Palisadian-Post, he plans to break ground on the “super-homes” by October 2017.
