Marguerite Vuong, a former Pacific Palisades postal employee, was sentenced to three years in state prison in the hit-and-run that killed 23-year-old Palisadian David Pregerson.
Marguerite’s husband Michael Vuong was sentenced to 36 months probation including one year in county jail for his role in trying to cover up the crime.
Marguerite and her husband Michael were both handcuffed and escorted out of Judge Kathryn Solorzano’s courtroom at the Airport Courthouse to immediately begin serving their sentences.
