PCH Crash Causes Traffic Nightmare

A traffic collision involving  three vehicles near the California Incline is tying up southbound traffic on Pacific Coast Highway.

Witnesses report that both police and fire ambulance units are responding to the scene. Traffic is slow moving for a nearly 1.5 milparty lightse stretch of highway between Temescal Canyon Road and the California Incline. The incident was first reported at 1:49 p.m. Santa Monica Fire Department Chief Mark Bridges said that one person complained of  minor pains. At the time of this report,  Bridges was not aware of any lane closures.
