The latest tenant to open shop in Palisades Village is City National Bank—the sole bank operating in the development.
City National Bank, which has operated in Pacific Palisades for nearly a decade, relocated its existing office and opened in the development on Monday, July 15, between Gornik & Drucker and Brandy Melville at 15273 Sunset Blvd.
“City National has successfully served professionals, entrepreneurs and their families in the Pacific Palisades for a long time, and we’re proud to welcome the community to our new office,” said Scott Witter, executive vice president and head of City National’s personal and business banking division. “We have a great team of dedicated bankers here.”
The Palisades team is led by Vice President and Branch Manager Ramon Estrada Manzur, who oversees delivery of the bank’s full range of personal and business financial products and services. Manzur has nearly 15 years of financial services experience.
Other team members include Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager Mary Wong, Vice President and Senior Financial Advisor Justin Koroyan, Assistant Vice President and Client Manager Angela Gutierrez, Assistant Vice President and Treasury Management Consultant Jeremy Alalay, Relationship Banker Jose Torres and Client Officer Ivan Perez.
City National Bank opened its first Pacific Palisades banking location in 2011 on Swarthmore Avenue. With 70 offices and 19 full-service regional centers, City National Bank provides banking, investment and trust services.
The opening follows Alfred, which opened on July 1 at the spot formerly occupied by General Porpoise Doughnuts & Coffee, and Erewhon Market on June 5.
City National Bank marks the last tenant that was marked “coming soon” on the Palisades Village website, leaving community members wondering what will open in the remaining vacant spaces in the development.
