The agenda for the next Pacific Palisades Community Council meeting, to be held in the Palisades Branch Library at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 28, has been posted: It will include city resolutions on sleeping on the beaches and cannabis shops as well as updates on the Caruso project. The PPCC will be preceded at 5 p.m. by a meeting of its Land Use Committee, which will consider whether the PPCC needs to rethink alcohol license applications.
