Palisades Branch Library will host a Vision Boarding session with Meditation Leader Silvi Winthrop on Monday, January 8, beginning at 10:30 a.m. and finishing at 12:15 p.m.
“Come meditate and create your vision board for 2024,” according to an announcement.
A vision board was described as a collage of images that represent one’s goals or dreams. It can include cut-out images and words from magazines that help “inspire you to manifest your dreams and get where you want to go.”
“Vision boards may also help us imagine what a positive future could look like for us,” the announcement read. “Imagining a positive future is a helpful way to increase positive emotions and optimism.”
