Burglary/Theft From Vehicle
Pacific Coast Hwy and Temescal Canyon Road, July 10 between 10:50 and 11:40 a.m. Unknown suspect entered victim’s vehicle and took property.
500 Spoleto Drive, between July 15 at 6 p.m. and July 16 at 7:45 a.m. Unknown suspects used unknown tool to pick vehicle lock, opened vehicle hood and removed battery. Suspects tampered with ignition and transmission.
Grand Theft Auto
17300 Pacific Coast Hwy, July 11 at 9:45 a.m. Victim’s vehicle was taken from gas station. Victim left keys in the vehicle and engine running.
Attempted Burglary
1200 Piedra Morada Drive, July 12 at 3:08 p.m. Suspect used unknown tool to attempt to pry open victim’s front door. Victim confronted suspect at front door, suspect fled location.
Theft
1000 Swarthmore Ave, July 13 between 1:50 and 2 p.m. Suspect entered location, grabbed property, ran past open and manned registers without any attempt to pay. Suspect fled location.
Burglary
17300 Sunset Blvd, between July 15 at 7:40 p.m. and July 16 at 8:30 a.m. Suspect pried rear door with unknown tool, made entry into location. Suspects utilized unknown tool to pry open cash register drawers, removed U.S. currency and fled location.
Aggravated Assault
15200 La Cruz Drive, July 15 at 9 p.m. Suspect and victim known to each other. Suspect approached victim and punched victim, victim fell to ground. Suspect kicked victim numerous times. Suspect then brandished a knife and stated, “I am gonna stab you.” Suspect then fled area.
