Burglary/Theft From Vehicle
Los Liones Drive & Tramonto Drive, January 2 between 12 and 3 p.m. Suspect used an unknown tool to gain access to victim’s vehicle and removed victim’s backpack. Suspect then fled location with victim’s property.
Burglary
1400 Floresta Place, January 3 at 4:45 p.m. Suspect entered residence through dog door, went to bedroom and office room, and ransacked victim’s belongings. Unknown if property was taken. Suspect fled through front door.
Robbery
400 Sycamore Road, January 3 at 1:30 a.m. Suspect pried victim’s bathroom window with a crowbar. Suspect entered residence while victims were inside. Suspect demanded property from victims. In fear victims gave property to suspect, who then fled location in awaiting vehicle.
