- Advertisers without approved credit with the Pacific Palisades Post must provide full payment when placing advertising. MasterCard or Visa are accepted. Credit applications are available.
- Accounts with approved credit are billed monthly and are payable in full on or before the 25th of the month. 1-1/2 percent per month service charge will be added to all outstanding accounts.
- Cancellation must be received by 9 a.m. on the Thursday prior to the publication date.
- No position is guaranteed. Guaranteed position is an additional 15% of the cost of the ad with a 10″ ad minimum. No exceptions.
- Advertising ordered, typeset and cancelled by the advertiser before publication, will be charged $65.00 per hour for composition. Ads set and not publicshed within three weeks will be cancelled at $65.00 per hour for composition.
- Proof alterations which represent substantial changes from the original layout will be charged $65.00 per hour.
- Display advertising set to resemble reading matter will be labeled “Paid Advertisement.”
- The Pacific Palisades Post is liable for errors in advertisements only when it fails to correct errors plainly marked by the advertiser on a proof returned by the deadline of Thursday at 3 p.m. preceding week of publication, and then its liability shall not exceed the cost of the ad for a critical error, a portion of that cost.
- Pacific Palisades Post reserves the right to reject any form of advertising.
- We reserve the right to amend all rates including contracts, with a 30 day notice in writing.
INSERTSThe Pacific Palisades Post accepts two inserts per week on a first-come basis. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required when order is placed. Deadline for copy is two weeks prior to the publication date. Inserts must have printed “Supplement to the Palisadian-Post” to comply with the U.S. Postal Service regulations.
