Four impressive architectural Pacific Palisades homes will be open for the public to tour, along with a free Holiday Boutique at PaliHi featuring more than 40 vendors.
The 28th annual Holiday Home Tour showcases a 5,300-sq.-ft. contemporary home with out-of-this-world ocean views, a Spanish glamour home that blends antique and contemporary touches artfully, a summer version of a Pasadena traditional home and a sleek, architectural-modern dwelling.
Proceeds will benefit local charities awarded through the Pacific Palisades Woman’s Club (PPWC). Last year more than $60,000 raised through the Home Tour was granted to 39 deserving nonprofits. PPWC members Phyllis Nelson and Judy D’Arcy are this year’s Home Tour Chairs.
Tickets are $50 and can be purchased in advance at theppwc.org, by mailing a check to PPWC, P.O. Box 292, Pacific Palisades, CA 90272 or on-site at the Holiday Boutique at PaliHi on the day of the event. Children under 6 are not permitted on the Home Tour, but may accompany adults to the Boutique. Home Tour hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Boutique hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
“There are four uniquely stunning homes on the tour, and there is something for everyone,” said Kristin Sibson, president of the Woman’s Club. “What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday by being inspired, touring these magnificent homes, and getting an early start on your holiday shopping while supporting our local community.”
More details on each of the homes will appear in the Palisadian-Post on October 31.
