On September 4th, 2020, a live action “Mulan” movie was released in the USA! It came out on Disney+ for $29.99.
It wasn’t released in the theaters because they are still closed due to COVID-19, but that did not stop the excitement among children across the Palisades.
“This movie was different than the first one, but I liked it, and it was fun to watch with my family!’’ says Payton Whalen from the Whalen household.
With all the movies they are redoing, no one knew what to expect from “Mulan.” “Mulan” made some big changes in the remake. For example, they made another strong female character that was a witch. For the most part they stuck to the original story and did a good remake.
With COVID guidelines keeping us all at home, many people have a lot of free time on their hands, so this movie is a fun, family activity.
