Lawsuit Pushed to 2019 | Palisades Village
A hearing for a tenant dispute between Palisades Village Co. and Mare Mare LLC on Monday, Dec. 17, pushed a conference until April 2019, as both sides are productively negotiating.
Palisades Village originally filed a lawsuit against Mare Mare LLC after withdrawing their restaurant “Al Forte by Madeo” at Caruso’s Palisades Village project. Soon after, Madeo filed a countersuit alleging Caruso misrepresented the terms of their agreement.
