Sunday nights have a fresh new reason to dine out. Back by popular demand is Ocean Prime’s Surf and Turf.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ocean Prime in the heart of Beverly Hills, and I must say, it was an experience beyond compare. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was enveloped in an ambiance of sophistication and elegance that set the stage for an unforgettable evening.

Upon arrival, my family and I were warmly greeted by the attentive staff and escorted to our table in their large expansive location. We were beckoned inside by two bookending bars and dark and sultry decor with chic, modern and upscale furnishings.

The menu at Ocean Prime is a culinary masterpiece, featuring an array of expertly crafted dishes that showcase the freshest seafood and finest cuts of steak. With an in-house butcher that dry ages their own beef in house for 35 to 45 days and only the freshest hand-picked seafood selected by their head chef, Jonathan Milan, you’re guaranteed a culinary experience like no other.

We started our meal with the Nigiri Sushi Platter—a delicate blend of flavors and textures that danced on the palate. The presentation was impeccable, with each dish served with artistic flair.

For our main course, we indulged in the Chilean Sea Bass, which was cooked to perfection and accompanied by a flavorful vinaigrette glaze that complemented the delicate fish beautifully.

The Surf and Turf was another highlight, expertly seasoned and cooked to the ideal temperature, resulting in a melt-in-your-mouth sensation that left us craving more.

No dining experience at Ocean Prime would be complete without sampling some of their delightful cocktails, like the Berries and Bubbles smoking cocktail, or their decadent deserts. We savored every bite of the Warm Butter Cake, a heavenly concoction of rich warm butter cake with vanilla ice cream and raspberry sauce that provided the perfect sweet ending to our meal.

Throughout the evening, the service was impeccable, with each member of the staff going above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From recommendations on wine pairings to attentive tableside service, the team at Ocean Prime truly exceeded all expectations.

Ocean Prime is a culinary gem in the heart of Beverly Hills. With its impeccable cuisine, elegant ambiance and unparalleled service, it is the perfect destination for those seeking an indulgent dining experience that is sure to leave a lasting impression.
