

Pacific Palisades resident Katie Segel qualified for the Dean’s List at Washington University in St. Louis for the spring semester. Segel is enrolled in the College of Art in the Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts. To qualify for the Dean’s List in the College of Art, students must earn a semester grade point average of 3.5 or above and be enrolled in at least 14 graded units.

Former Senior Pastor of Pacific Palisades Presbyterian Church Kenneth Edward Brandt was recently promoted to the rank of Brigadier General and named Sr. Army National Guard Chaplain and U.S. Army Deputy Chief of Chaplains, Army National Guard. Brandt is responsible for training, policy and resourcing for nearly 700 Army National Guard Chaplains across the nation.
