You might say Thursday was just another day at the office for the Palisades High girls tennis team, which made quick work of visiting Hamilton at the Palisades Tennis Center.
Still without his full allotment of players, Coach Sean Passan shuffled his lineup somewhat but the Dolphins still came away with an easy 7-0 victory, dropping a total of four games in eight pro sets to remain undefeated in Western League play.
Leading the way were junior captains Madeline Prins and Elizabeth Belokonnyi, who came within two points of achieving a golden set (not losing a point) in their 8-0 win at No. 1 doubles against Yankees Adriana Duarte and Amber Tell.
Senior captain Izzy Guterson and her partner Selin Sindel won 8-1 at No. 2 while Sydney Brecher paired with Sarah Silvers to win by the same score at the No. 3 doubles spot.
Diana Silvers blanked Hamilton’s Margaux Aguirre 8-0 at No. 1 singles, Honour Norman shut out Hamilton’s Tiana Ghara at No. 2 Â singles, Natasha Bure won 8-1 at No. 3 and Katie Scholl won 8-1 at No. 4.
