Palisades captured 10 Section titles: Boys Water Polo, Girls Cross Country, Girls Tennis, Girls Volleyball, Girls Basketball, Boys Golf, Boys Tennis, Boys Volleyball, Boys Swimming and Girls Swimming.
In addition to winning championships in 10 sports, the Dolphins reached the finals in girls water polo and boys and girls lacrosse and the wrestling squad was runner-up to El Camino Real.
Athletic Director John Achen was recognized at the Athletic Director/Assistant Principal of Athletics meeting Monday at Bravo Medical Magnet.
Palisades will receive an official trophy in recognition of the achievement at the next AD meeting in October and a perpetual plaque will be kept at the City Section’s home office in Granada Hills.
