The Palisades Business Improvement District (BID) Board of Directors voted unanimously this morning to support Caruso Affiliated’s Palisades Village project.
“We support Caruso’s Palisades Village project as submitted, we want to see it get started as soon as possible, and we support the return of the community room to the plan if possible,” said Laurie Sale, Executive Director of the BID.
BID Board member Rick Lemmo, Senior Vice President of Caruso Affiliated, recused himself and did not vote on the matter.
The BID, which represents property owners in Pacific Palisades, will be preparing a statement of their position that will be submitted to the City Planning Commission.
