As Palisades Pharmacy (also known as Palisades Compounding Pharmacy) celebrates its seventh anniversary of doing business in the Village by the Sea shopping center in the Highlands, owner Sean Soroudi is still seeking ways to provide more personalized service to his customers.
“Every day, 10 to 15 people come to us from other pharmacies saying they aren’t getting the right service. They have to wait in line and then their prescriptions aren’t even ready,” Soroudi told the Palisadian-Post.
In an effort to make things as convenient as possible for customers, Palisades Pharmacy is now offering free delivery.
“Customers can just call in and have their prescriptions delivered same day or the next day,” Soroudi said.
There is a $25 minimum for free delivery, he added.
The pharmacy, which is both a retail pharmacy as well as a compounding pharmacy, also offers curbside service.
“Customers who have an account with us can simply call 10 minutes before they arrive and when they pull into the parking lot, we give them their prescription. They don’t even have to get out of their car,” Soroudi said. “We’re trying to make it really easy for them.”
In addition to providing free delivery and curbside service, Palisades Pharmacy also promises to match or beat any of its competitor’s prices and it accepts all insurance plans.
“Some people think that because we’re independent, we’ll have higher prices, but we will match the prices at other pharmacies and we offer more personalized service. We know most of our customers by their first name,” added Soroudi, who also owns a second pharmacy in Beverly Hills.
