The Los Angeles Fire Department has issued Red Flag parking restrictions for numerous parts of the City, including Pacific Palisades. The restrictions will remain in effect from today until 8 a.m. Saturday. The LAFD and Department of Transportation created the program to remove vehicles that would block or delay fire-fighting vehicles from reaching certain areas during a brush fire.
