Rodeo Realty, the top single-owner luxury brokerage in California, has announced a new location at 839 Via De La Paz in Pacific Palisades. The firm’s expansion plan includes accommodating roughly 100 agents at this location.
Rodeo Realty bought the former Palisadian-Post building last September and embarked on an extensive renovation. Rodeo Realty founder and President Syd Leibovitch designed the new office as a state-of-the-art facility for the area’s top agents offering numerous private offices and large private cubicles. The building was built in 1946 and this is the first time it has been home to a real estate firm. The location on Via De La Paz offers convenience as well as an attractive street front. “Pacific Palisades is a fantastic area, I’d been looking for a while to find the perfect location for my agents to work out of and was happy to find this building,” said Syd Liebovitch.
Leibovitch has appointed longtime Westside agent and broker Kris Mooney as office manager. “We are very excited to be in Pacific Palisades,” Mooney said. “It’s a great, close-knit community and our location on Via De La Paz puts us in the heart of the village and all the local activity.”
