Sean Rafael Mitchell grew up and went to Palisades schools. He and his parents moved to Santa Paula about 15 years ago.
Sean was married to Dania Romero and had a stepdaughter Karol. He is also survived by his parents, Tarcila and Michael Mitchell, and his brother, Gregory. Sean owned an auto repair shop at the time of his death.
Sean died of a massive heart attack at the age of 50 on May 27. He is now in the loving arms of God.
There will be a blessing of his ashes Saturday, June 30, at Corpus Christi Church.
