The construction of the Coastal Interceptor Relief Sewer (CIRS) along Pacific Coast Highway starts Monday, March 7 through Friday, March 11 with a survey. Two southbound lanes between the Annenberg Community Beach House and Entrada Drive will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.; the third lane will remain open at all times. All traffic lanes will reopen for rush hour. Sewer installation will begin on April 11. Look for a complete story in the March 10 issue.
