The Pacific Palisades Interfaith Council will host the 2023 Thanksgiving Interfaith Service, titled “Sorrow, Solidarity, and Hope,” on Monday night, November 20, beginning at 7 p.m.
“Join hands and hearts with your community at the annual Thanksgiving Interfaith Service,” read a flyer about the event.
Participating congregations include Community United Methodist Church, Self-Realization Fellowship – Lake Shrine, Pacific Palisades Presbyterian Church, Kehillat Israel Reconstructionist Congregation, St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church, Palisades Lutheran Church and Corpus Christi Catholic Parish.
“Clergy of the Palisades churches, including our Lake Shrine ministers, will be leading an interfaith worship service for the community,” Self-Realization Fellowship wrote ahead of the service. “All are welcome.”
This year’s service will take place at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which is located at 575 Los Liones Drive.
