Fifteen teenagers showcased creativity, charisma and talent at the Palisadian-Post’s Pacific Palisades Teen Talent Contest at Palisades Charter High School on Wednesday, April 25.
Sponsored by Pacific Palisades Chamber of Commerce, The Optimist Club and Pali High Leadership, Mercer Hall was filled with energy and beautifully lit for the evening thanks to the mixing and lighting skills of Special Event Djz. The entertainment didn’t stop there as each participant truly gave it their all.
To quench their thirst, the audience was treated to tropical refreshments from This Girl Walks Into A Bar and sweet snacks from Hello Honey. The Fancy Feet Junior and Senior Companies performed exhilarating choreographed dances.
Pali High senior Adam Toubian hosted the event, exuding charm and personality at every opportunity. Industry professionals Wyatt Bridges of Desert Daze Musical Festival and Space Agency Booking, producer, singer and actor Bennett Kogon, and Marki Costello, owner of Creative Management Entertainment Group, judged the performances.
To conclude an exceptional night of music, comedy and film, the winners were announced as Valentina Silardi and Taylor Schonbuch. If you don’t know them already, prepare to become familiar as they gain celebrity status around town.
Congratulations to everybody involved!
