In observance of National Self-Improvement Month in September, Spectrum Athletic Clubs, including the Palisades Spectrum at 17383 Sunset Blvd., is waiving the enrollment and processing fees for those joining this month. Additionally, $100 in credits will be given to new members to be used for personal training or club services.
According to Bud Rockhill, president and CEO of Spectrum Athletic Clubs, the program hopes to encourage those who have considered getting in shape to take “that first step.” The club offers Pilates and yoga classes, Zumba, African dance, kickboxing, Bodypump and CXworks.
