A two-car collision has caused major congestion on the southbound lanes of Pacific Coast Highway from Temescal Canyon Road to Chautauqua today, Oct. 2.
The incident was reported about 3 p.m. south of Temescal on PCH.
UPDATE:
Fire Capt. Richard Moody said no one was injured in the crash, which involved two SUVs.
