The Chamber Orchestra at St. Matthew’s will perform the music of exiled composer Hanns Eisler on Friday, March 26 at 8 p.m., at the church, 1031 Bienveneda Ave. The program will also include Aaron Copland’s 1944 ballet score, ‘Appalachian Spring,’ along with an arrangement of Mahler’s ‘Songs of a Wayfarer’ by fellow exile Arnold Schoenberg. Admission is $35 at the door.
