Model host Tyra Banks has picked up another Pacific Palisades home—adding to her growing list of local purchases, which includes at least three other multi-million dollar homes, according to Architectural Digest.
Her latest addition, a five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom that was built in 2014, features three stories and views of the Pacific Ocean. She purchased the contemporary-style home for $6.995 million.
The exterior of the Upper Alphabets home includes several balconies and windows, which work together to create a stacked aesthetic.
A combination living and dining room at the front of the house has honey-toned, wide-plank hardwood floorboards. An open-plan kitchen includes dove-gray cabinets, marble counter-tops, an oversized center island and informal dining area.
The family room features a double-sided gas fireplace and is separated from the deck, which overlooks the backyard and beyond, by floor-to-ceiling glass doors.
Amy Hollingsworth and Jamie Leff of Coldwell Banker Residential co-listed the home, according to Los Angeles Times.
Banks’ other Palisades homes include a 4,797-square-foot, $7.35 million home that was purchased in summer of 2016 and a $3.295 million house that Banks bought two years prior to that.
According to Trulia, Banks recently listed a two-bedroom, three-bathroom Palisades townhouse for $1.499—over $100,000 more than the $1.355 she purchased the home for in April 2017.
The-model-turned-TV-host premiered the 24th season of “America’s Next Top Model” in January.
