UPDATE, 9:48 p.m. The lost hiker made her way to a paved road and to safety, according to the LAFD. No injuries were reported. — A female hiker was reported lost today near 1298 N. Will Rogers State Park Road, according to Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department. The incident was first reported at 3:17 p.m., according to officials. The victim called and claimed she was lost somewhere in the 187-acre wilderness area, stated Humphrey via Twitter. Ground and air search crews are responding to the area.
