I am so very happy with the plans for the Caruso Project. Because of traffic we can never go east during the week, so I am most happy that my favorite restaurant, Madeo’s, is coming to us. I can’t imagine it without a fine wine to go with my meal.
As to the fight by others in this community, I also can’t wait for the Vintage Grocers to join our other quality markets. What is wrong with a choice of another market? Yes, we have Gelson’s and Ralphs, and I am sure that if Caruso was putting in a Trader Joe’s, there wouldn’t be such a fuss about the 100 and some wines. Let there be competition. —Marcy Miller
