Scouts
It’s always fun reading about the accomplishments of Scouts in the Palisades. It seems like they’ve had a busy few months!
Rain
Finally some winter weather has arrived. I read that there is a potential for flooding though in the area burned by the Palisades fire, so hoping that area stays safe through the storm.
Vittorio’s
It’s so great Vittorio Ristorante is holding their 12th annual holiday drive for kids! Don’t forget to donate! There are so many great gifts to choose from on their Amazon list for lots of kids in need.
PPCC
So great to see Christina Spitz awarded The Citizen of the Year Award at the annual PPCC board meeting. Great to see so much time and effort committed and to have such positive outcomes for our community.
No Bail Policy
No Bail Policy is working well. Suspects are showing up in court, the guilty are serving appropriate sentences, family funds are being not depleted by bail bonds and innocent people who could not afford bail are not stuck in jail until their trial. Please don’t unfairly blame the No Bail Policy for rising crime rates.
Lost Sunglasses
Someone left ladies sunglasses on the counter in the office of the Palisadian-Post this week. Please come by to claim them.
