I love seeing that our local music organizations, like Chamber Music Palisades, are kicking off their new seasons. It’s so great to see the talent that the Palisades has and attracts.

Congratulations to the newly elected representatives for the community council. We appreciate the work you all do for the whole town.
Halloween
I’m always so excited for fall in the Palisades because it means Halloween!! Is it too early to start putting up my decorations? Because I’m bringing the heat for this year’s Creep Your Crypt contest!!!
Homelessness
Homelessness across the state has gotten seemingly out of hand. It’s heartbreaking. As a single individual, it’s easy to feel helpless. I’m thankful PPTFH has continued making strides in their work. It doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you PPTFH.
Jimmy Dunne
I really enjoyed Jimmy Dunne’s column in last week’s paper, it made me emotional! Being a kid with a dream, and using that passion and courage to push through is so inspiring. Please pass my thanks to Jimmy for a great story.
